It seems like only yesterday that we were celebrating 20---and now it’s
almost time for our 35-year reunion. At the rate we get together, this might
be your last chance to party with your fellow Matadors! Your reunion
committee, in conjunction with Blast from the Past Reunions, has been
working feverishly since the fall to put together a one event wonder. We
will have one fun-packed evening to relive past glories (and humiliations),
reconnect with old friends (and make new ones), and reflect back on our
lives. For those of you who have wandered afar, this is a good chance to
re-visit the Land of Enchantment.
For those of you who can’t make it, please take a few minutes to complete and return the memory book guide. What have you been doing for the past 35 years? Where and with whom have you been doing it? What are your favorite Sandia High School memories? A compilation of all the information we receive will be available at the reunion. We hope you can make it to Albuquerque this summer - Saturday July 22nd.
Also, if anyone is interested in helping to organize a golf tournament for
earlier in the day, please call Jackie (Brooks) Woods at 505-401-0069. The
Sandia Resort has a beautiful championship 18-hole golf course, in full view
of the Sandia mountains. Also, at this brand-new 5 star resort other
amenities available: in addition to gambling, they have a spa with massages,
spa treatments, an Olympic size swimming pool etc. |
