Friday, June 20th, 2008 … Mix & Mingle Icebreaker
Come visit and catch up with your fellow classmates in a relaxing and inviting atmosphere before the big night! This is a great opportunity to meet up with old friends and make some new friends from high school before the big reunion night. Be sure to join us for the kickoff to a fun and eventful weekend - this only happens once every 10 years! This will be held at a local venue, to be announced the week of the reunion to all alumni that have pre-paid/pre-registered to attend the Saturday night reunion. This will be communicated via email (or by phone if no email).

Saturday, June 21st, 2008 … Family picnic/BBQ … 1200pm (noon) to 3pm
Snow Park - located at 9501 Indian School Road NE (in between Moon and Eubank)
Please be sure to bring your family to this great event at the Park! This will give us a chance to catch up and have fun with our families! There will be activities for the little Matadors including a moon bounce and playground equipment. We will also have a volleyball net and horseshoes for those older Matadors! Be sure to join us for this relaxing day at the park. Please bring your own food, drinks, and chairs/blankets. If you have a few extra chairs or blankets please bring them as well so we can provide seats for those that are traveling back to Albuquerque.*** If you bring your own BBQ Grill, per City of Alb., it must be gas (no charcoal grills) and you must bring your own fire extinguisher to accompany the grill.

Saturday, June 21st, 2008 … Reunion Dinner/Dance … 6 pm - 12 am

Come get reacquainted with your classmates over a wonderful dinner, followed by music & dancing. Choose between Chicken Provencal served over Linguine with Tomatoes and Artichoke Hearts and Kalamata olives, or Broiled NY Strip Steak Au Poire with roasted garlic mashed Yukon Gold potatoes and green bean almandine, or Vegetarian (Grilled Portobello Mushroom stuffed with saffron risotto, wilted spinach, with garlic cream). All choices come with bread, Caesar salad, Midnight chocolate cake dessert, coffee & tea. Mingling begins at 6:00pm, Dinner at 7:00pm (Senior Class Video to be played during dinner), followed by music (DJ), Class photo at 8:30pm, and Awards at 9:30pm.

The price for the reunion is $75 per person. This price includes: Saturday night dinner/dance (ballroom, plated dinner, catering staff service charge, DJ/entertainment, decorations, bartender, photography, awards), extensive alumni search, long-distance phone charges, printing, mailings, postage, supplies, media announcements and advertising, name tags, staffing at events, NM sales tax, and all other costs associated with producing a reunion.

The Embassy Suites Hotel is offering a special, discounted room rate of $119 per night (plus tax) for this event. This rate includes a full cooked-to-order breakfast.
