Fellow Bears,
Can you believe that it has been almost 20 years since we - the FIRST and most memorable graduating class in La Cueva history - graduated from High School? It really is hard to imagine that 20 years can go by so fast; nonetheless here we are all grown up (well sort of) and the time has come for us to go back to 1988, for a nostalgic weekend, to celebrate our 20-YEAR HIGH SCHOOL REUNION!!

Your reunion committee, in conjunction with Blast from the Past Reunions, has been working since the fall to put together our once-a-decade celebration. We have planned a variety of activities for our class and our families. For those of you who have wandered far, this is a good chance to re-visit the Land of Enchantment and see how much it’s changed. Don’t miss this chance to reminisce about the past and see where folks have moved, who has changed jobs, added family members, become famous, saved the world and so on.

The Reunion weekend will get started on Friday, August 8, 2008, with a casual “get reacquainted” Happy Hour. On Saturday, you can attend a picnic and tour (be sure to bring your families) at La Cueva. Then the “Big Event” will be on Saturday evening, August 9, 2008 at the Embassy Suites and will include a dinner and dance.

We hope you can make it to Albuquerque this summer – we look forward to seeing everyone!
