Saturday, August 19th, 2006…6 pm - 12 am Dinner/Dance Gala

Come get reacquainted with your classmates over a wonderful dinner, followed by music & dancing. Choose between 1) Chicken Provencal served over Linguine with Tomatoes and Artichoke Hearts and Kalamata olives, OR, 2) Broiled New York Strip Steak Au Poire Roasted Garlic Mashed Yukon Gold potatoes served with Green Bean Almandine, OR, 3) Spinach Crepes with Wild Mushrooms and a Red Pepper Coulis. All choices come with rolls, butter, salad, dessert, coffee & tea. Cocktails and mingling begins at 6:00pm, Dinner at 7:00pm, followed by music (DJ), Class photo at 8:30pm, and Awards at 9:30pm.

The price for the reunion weekend is $55 per person. This includes: Friday and Saturday events, Embassy ballroom, plated dinner, catering staff service charge, DJ, decorations, bartender, photography, awards, extensive alumni search, long-distance phone charges, printing, mailings, postage, supplies, media announcements and advertising, name tags, staffing at events, NM sales tax, and all other costs associated with producing a reunion.

When we had the 25th Reunion at the Hilton Hotel there was a loss of electricity. As a result the Hilton refunded a portion of the function fee and this money has been invested over these years. With this money we are able to pay for the Friday night dinner and entertainment and we are contributing $15 toward the cost for each individual attending the Saturday Night Gala (this reduced the price from $70 per person to $55 per person).
