Hola Familia! Ay, como friegan! Es tempo de juntarnos a celebrar nuesta
grande familia! Todos estan envitados - abuelos y abuelas, hermanos y
hermanas, primas y primos, hijos y hijas, nietos y nietas! ( If you did not
understand any of this, YOU are either one of Rosina’s grand children or
great grand children! “You are the blame! You Gringo!” and she is shaking
her fist at you right now!)
We are planning on a great family reunion… one of biblical proportions! Our family reunion will be held on Saturday, June 25th. We will start the reunion with a 10:00 am Mass to be celebrated by Fr. Terry Brennan in remembrance of our departed loved ones. After Mass the reunion will continue at the El Rancho Community Center. There will be delicious pot-luck foods, drinks, music, a jumper for the kids, craft items for door prizes, a slide show, games and many, many familiar faces with lots of stories… We will be putting together a family memory book. We ask that you please send us a one-page family brag sheet (See sample) and also send us your favorite family recipes (As many as you want!). We are also begging for everyone to either copy or scan and send us any old family pictures to be used for the slide show to Regina at: party at blastreunions.com or call 505-899-3008 if you have questions. Our journeys may have taken us to far away places but there is no place like home. And home is where your family awaits you - in this life and in the next.
