Friday night, August 8th, 2008 Mix & Mingle Icebreaker
Come visit and catch up with your fellow classmates in a relaxing and
inviting atmosphere before the big night! This is a great opportunity to
meet up with old friends and make some new friends from high school before
the big reunion night. Be sure to join us for the kickoff to a fun and
eventful weekend - this only happens once every 10 years! This will be held
at a local venue, to be announced the week of the reunion to all alumni that
have pre-paid/pre-registered to attend the Saturday night reunion. This will
be communicated via email (or by phone if no email) one week prior to our
reunion.

will give us a chance to catch up and have fun with our families! Bring your
own food, drink, lawn chairs, etc.

Reunion Dinner/Dance

Come get reacquainted with your classmates over a wonderful dinner, followed
by music & dancing. Choose between French Cut Chicken Breast Stuffed with
Apple Pinon Stuffing served with a wild rice pilaf and a batonnet of
Parsnips and Carrots or Grilled Sirloin with an Ancho Chile Cream Sauce
drizzled with Caramelized Pearl Onions served with Rosemary Roasted
Potatoes, Seasonal Vegetables, or Vegetarian (Grilled Portobello Mushroom
stuffed with saffron risotto, wilted spinach, with garlic cream). All
choices come with bread, Caesar salad, coffee & tea and dessert. Mingling
begins at 6:00pm, Dinner at 7:00pm, Class photo at 8:30pm, and Awards at
9:30pm followed by music and dancing (DJ).
The price for the reunion is $75 per person. This price includes:
Saturday night dinner/dance (ballroom, plated dinner, catering staff service
charge, DJ/entertainment, decorations, bartender, photography, awards),
extensive alumni search, long-distance phone charges, printing, mailings,
postage, supplies, media announcements and advertising, name tags, staffing
at events, NM sales tax, and all other costs associated with producing a
reunion.
The Embassy Suites Hotel is offering a special, discounted room rate of
$119 per
 night
(plus tax) for this event. This rate includes a full cooked-to-order
breakfast. To reserve a room for the Friday and/or Saturday nights of the

later than 7/09/08.
