Saturday, September, 29th, 2007 … Reunion Dinner/Dance … 6 pm - 12 am Embassy Suites Hotel…1000 Woodward Pl (I-25 & Lomas) Come get reacquainted with your classmates over a wonderful dinner, followed by music & dancing. Choose between French Cut Chicken breast stuffed with apple pinon stuffing served with a wild rice pilaf and a batonnet of parsnips and carrots, or Grilled Sirloin with an Ancho Chile Cream sauce served with Rosemary Roasted Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables, or Vegetarian (Grilled Portobello Mushroom stuffed with saffron risotto, wilted spinach, with garlic cream). All choices come with bread, salad, dessert, coffee & tea. Mingling begins at 6:00pm, Dinner at 7:00pm, followed by music (DJ), Class photo at 8:30pm, and Awards at 9:30pm. The price for the reunion is $75 per person. This price includes: Saturday night dinner/dance (ballroom, plated dinner, catering staff service charge, DJ/entertainment, decorations, bartender, photography, awards), extensive alumni search, long-distance phone charges, printing, mailings, postage, supplies, media announcements and advertising, name tags, staffing at events, NM sales tax, and all other costs associated with producing a reunion. |
